Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Wellspring Counseling Center provides professional individual, marriage, child, and family therapy. Our team includes associate and trainee therapists who are working toward licensure under clinical supervision, as well as a limited number of licensed therapists.

  • We do not accept insurance. Payment can be made by cash or card.

    Our current fees are as follows:

    • 45-Minute Session: $135

    • 60-Minute Session: $160

    • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM (6:30 PM is last session time offered)

    • Saturday: 9 AM – 12 PM (11 AM is last session time offered)

    • Closed on Sundays

  • We are at 78-370 CA-111 #215, La Quinta, CA 92253 about 1 mile from Wellspring Church. Find us on Google Maps or Apple Maps under "Wellspring Counseling Center."

  • Call us at 760-200-2024 to complete a phone intake with our administrative team. We will gather your contact information, availability, and counseling needs before matching you with a counselor. Once matched, we will schedule a free 15-minute consultation over the phone and then we will schedule your first session. You may also fill out the Counseling Interest Form, and someone from our team will follow up with you within two business days regarding your request.

  • We aim to schedule new appointments within two weeks, and in some cases, even sooner. However, if you have limited availability or other specific preferences, please note that you may be placed on our waitlist due to high demand. If you are in crisis, please dial 911 for immediate support.

  • Rooted & Rising Group Therapy is $20 per 60 minutes. It is based on overcoming strongholds. There is a prerequisite to this group which is you must attend the Rooted 10-Week Discipleship Group. These details can be found on our website

  • No, our services are open to everyone, regardless of religious affiliation or church attendance.

  • Yes, all counselors at Wellspring Counseling Center are Christians.

  • Yes, all counselors hold either an advanced degree in counseling or are completing their practicum as part of their degree program.
